NeuroNest Yoga

Dr Dani founded NeuroNest Yoga to help people heal from loss and find their footing in life after change. An educator, author, and PhD candidate, she brings together lived experience of grief, instructional design, and mind–body–spirit practices to create compassionate, accessible learning experiences. She leads the vision, curriculum, and product development behind the Nest—building a space where rest is respected, curiosity is welcomed, and growth happens at your own pace.

Farrukh leads NeuroNest Yoga’s marketing, affiliate development, and community outreach, helping meaningful resources reach the people who need them. A former Pakistani Army captain with CPR, First Aid, and bloodborne pathogen certifications, he brings leadership, practical care, and a commitment to continued learning. His health-focused responsibilities support education, safety awareness, and appropriate professional referrals. Working alongside his wife, Dr Dani, he helps grow the Nest through trust, connection, and compassionate service.
