About
🌀 Understanding the Mind-Body-Soul (MBS) Healing Process Taught by Dr. Dani Niaz, trauma-informed educator & holistic practitioner In this class, students will be introduced to the MBS Process — a trauma-informed healing model that integrates neuroscience, somatic awareness, and spiritual connection. You’ll learn how the mind, body, and soul interact during healing, and begin exploring where you currently sit within that cycle. This course will break down each element of the process: • 🧠 MIND — How meditation, sound healing, and breathwork support neuroplasticity, regulate emotions, and calm the nervous system. • 💪 BODY — Why trauma lives in the body, and how movement, yoga, and grounding techniques help restore safety and resilience. • 💫 SOUL — The importance of purpose, community, and connection in long-term healing, and how service work can reintegrate the spirit. We’ll explore how each part of the MBS process supports the others, and why true healing requires a whole-person approach. This is not a one-size-fits-all method. You’ll be encouraged to reflect on your personal experiences, identify what resonates, and begin asking deeper questions about what healing actually looks like for you. This course is designed for anyone who has felt unseen or unsupported in traditional wellness spaces — especially neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or trauma-impacted individuals. No experience is required. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to begin. By the end of this class, students will have a clear understanding of the MBS model, and a foundation to move forward in their personal healing journey with greater compassion, awareness, and choice.
