So rather than pretending this year will unfold perfectly or linearly, we want to share how we’re approaching it — gently, intentionally, and with room to breathe.

At NeuroNest, we’re letting 2026 unfold in phases. Not because growth is linear, but because relationship is.

Winter: Arrival & Gathering

As the community gathers, we begin reflecting what we notice — common themes, shared experiences, familiar struggles. This is about recognition, not exposure.

When trust has had time to settle, we open more space for dialogue. Questions, reflections, shared learning. Voice emerges naturally when safety exists.

Spring: Naming What’s Needed

Before offering solutions, we listen closely. We name patterns. We articulate needs together. This is where clarity forms.

Summer: Building & Supporting

From what has emerged, we build — courses, tools, practices, and offerings that respond to real needs, not assumptions.

Fall: Embodiment & Connection

Integration, deeper community, and eventually in-person experiences for those who want them. Growth that can be felt, not just understood.
