1. 🛒 PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Physical Products (e.g. merch, tools, bundles)

All physical products are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.
If an item is damaged, please email a photo to support@neuronestyoga.com within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or credit.
We do not cover shipping delays once items are in carrier possession.

Digital Downloads (courses, meditations, PDFs, etc.)

All digital sales are final.
You may download your product up to 3 times per purchase.
Content is for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced without written permission.

Live Classes, Events, & Sessions (Zoom, in-person, workshops)

All bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by the facilitator.
If you cannot attend a session, recordings may be available upon request.
Private sessions require 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid forfeiture.

2. 🧘‍♀️ HEALTH & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

NeuroNest Yoga and Rooted in Wellness 4Life do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychiatric conditions.
Our offerings are educational and somatic in nature, and are meant to complement—not replace—licensed therapy or medical care.
Participation is voluntary. Clients assume full responsibility for their well-being and are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new practice.
If you experience distress or dysregulation, please stop the practice and seek support.

California Requirement Notice:

We are not licensed healthcare practitioners in the State of California. We do not practice medicine, psychotherapy, or clinical diagnosis.

3. 👤 PRIVACY POLICY

What We Collect:

Name, email, and optionally pronouns or access needs (for classes)
Payment info (processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, Wix, or Square—we do not store your financial details)
IP address and session info (via website analytics)

How We Use It:

To deliver services and maintain communication
To provide personalized care and content
To ensure accessibility and trauma-informed adjustments

What We Don’t Do:

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data.
We never spam. You’ll only receive communications you opt into.

4. 🔐 CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNITY SAFETY

1:1 Sessions & Retreats:

All personal disclosures during private sessions are confidential unless there is a legal or ethical obligation to report (e.g., harm to self or others).
Group circles are sacred spaces. We ask all participants to respect privacy and practice discretion.

Boundaries & Harassment Policy:

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, racism, ableism, transphobia, fatphobia, or spiritual bypassing.
Violations may result in immediate removal from programs with no refund.

Written transcripts when possible
Sliding scale access for those with financial hardship
No forced gender binaries, spiritual dogma, or performative wellness
