Trauma survivors often struggle with boundaries.

Healers often struggle with being taken seriously.

And wellness businesses? They’re notorious for being either too rigid or way too loose.

At NeuroNest Yoga, we’ve chosen a different path:

Compassionate, clear boundaries—starting with our no-refund policy.

🛠️ The Policy (Plain & Simple)

• Digital products are final sale.

• Live sessions are non-refundable unless we cancel.

• Private sessions require 24+ hour notice to reschedule.

• Physical goods are only refundable if damaged on arrival.

• Retreats or intensives are non-refundable but transferable with notice.

❓But Why No Refunds?

Because this work is energetic, emotional, and time-bound.

Once you’ve received the space, content, or energy—it can’t be “returned.”

Even if you didn’t finish the course. Even if your emotions got intense. Even if life happened (and we know it does).

⚖️ Refunds Don’t Fit Trauma-Informed Care

Here’s what we’ve learned:

• When people know there’s no “escape hatch,” they show up more fully.

• When we keep energetic transactions clean, we avoid guilt, obligation, and emotional debt.

• When we give from a full container, not out of fear or people-pleasing, everyone benefits.

You’re saying:

“I honor your time, your care, and your preparation.”

And we’re saying:

“We’ve built this with love, structure, and safety for you.”

We don’t ghost or gatekeep. We do offer:

• Session credits (case-by-case)

• Transferable spots to friends/family

• Extra grounding support or practice resources if you were overwhelmed

We’re not running a scammy gym contract.

We’re not pretending to be perfect.

We’re just being honest about our capacity.
