Dedicated to my darling belated husband, Abdul — the doctor whose dream lit the path. Though his hands can no longer heal, Rooted In Wellness 4Life carries his promise forward into the lives of generations yet to come.

Rooted in Wellness began with a dream — a healing space guided by two hands: a doctor and a teacher. Together, we envisioned a sanctuary where people could find safety, wisdom, and care. It was meant to be a place where body, mind, and spirit were held in balance, where healing was not rushed but nurtured.
And then came the loss.
The loss of our doctor was more than a pause. It was a devastating end to a beautiful dream that was never meant to be. With that grief came stillness, an ache so deep it silenced everything.
But grief is strange — it speaks in whispers when the heart is quiet enough to hear. In the silence, I remembered my promise of children laughing around a table, and I felt the call of a community on the other side of the world that was lost without him. Out of that remembrance, the answer began to take shape.
NeuroNest Yoga was built to hold the healing space that he and I once dreamed of. It is becoming the nest where care, learning, and community can still grow. And now, Rooted in Wellness 4Life rises with a clear mission: to help where he cannot anymore. To build schools, to educate, to create chapters of outreach and community — not just as an idea, but as a living continuation of the love and promise we once carried together.
Rooted’s path is no longer only about what we envisioned. It is about legacy. It is about answering grief with growth, and carrying forward the healing work that even death can not silence.
This is how we honor him. This is how we serve. This is how we root wellness into the lives of future generations.
🌱 What was lost has been transformed. Rooted carries forward the healing he began, so others may find what he can no longer give.
Rooted in Wellness 4Life is stepping into its next chapter. What began as a vision of healing is now becoming a global movement in education and community building. Through international grants, RIW4L will provide chapters in other countries with access to funding, tools, and investors—so that local communities have the resources they need to build, sustain, and grow.
This isn’t just about sending aid from afar. It is about building bridges of accessibility, ensuring that every chapter can stand strong on its own foundation. From classrooms to community centers, each ribbon cut will represent not only a new beginning, but a promise fulfilled.
We will personally be there to cut those red ribbons, school by school, community by community—starting with Peshawar, where the Dr. Abdullah Niaz Education Center will rise. This center, named in honor of the doctor whose dream began our journey, will be the living seed of Rooted in Wellness 4Life’s legacy: where healing becomes education, and education becomes liberation.
🌱 This is not just growth. This is remembrance turned into action. This is Rooted in Wellness 4Life.
